Bu nedenle, sağlıklı ve güvenli eğitim ortamlarının oluşturulması, etkili bir eğitim öğretim süreci için önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, ISO 45001 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Standardının eğitim kurumlarında uygulanmasının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın deseni karma desen olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma 2 ayrı grup ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın nicel örneklemi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmen, yönetici, yardımcı personel ve diğer gruplarını kapsayan 1070 kişiden oluşmuştur. Çalışmanın nitel analizinin örneklemi ise ISO 45001 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Standardının eğitim kurumlarında uygulanmasının tetkikçiler tarafından değerlendirilmesine yönelik olarak eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 45 tetkikçi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada değerlendirme yapılacak analizlerin belirlenmesine yönelik ölçeğin normal dağılım durumu incelenmiştir. Dağılımın normalliğini göstermek üzere çarpıklık ve basıklık katsayıları ile ilgili olarak literatürde belirli kesme noktalarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın nicel sonuçlarında lojistik regresyon modeli ile yapılan analizlerde, cinsiyet ve meslek gibi değişkenlerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yeterlilik algısını istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı saptanmıştır. Bu bulgular, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yeterlilik algısının çok boyutlu bir yapıya sahip olduğunu ve farklı demografik özelliklerin bu algı üzerinde etkili olabileceğini ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmanın nitel sonuçlarında ise TS ISO 45001 standardının okul ve kurumlar bazında uygulanmasının etkinliği, kurumların ve yöneticilerin bu süreci ne kadar sahiplendiği ve sürekliliğini sağlama konusundaki isteklilikleriyle doğrudan ilişkilidir. Kurumların, özellikle yönetim değişiklikleri ve çeşitli işlevsel zorluklar nedeniyle standardın gerekliliklerini sürdürmekte zorlandıkları yerlerde, standardın etkinliğinin azaldığı görülmektedir.Today, face-to-face education takes place in physical spaces that meet certain standards in order to encourage student socialization and active participation. Therefore, creating healthy and safe educational environments is important for an effective education and training process. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard in educational institutions. The design of the study was determined as a mixed design. The study was conducted with 2 separate groups. The quantitative sample of the study consisted of 1070 people, including teachers, administrators, auxiliary personnel and other groups working in educational institutions. The sample of the qualitative analysis of the study consists of 45 auditors working in educational institutions for the evaluation by auditors of the implementation of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard in educational institutions. The normal distribution of the scale was examined to determine the analyzes to be evaluated in the study. Certain cutoff points are included in the literature regarding skewness and kurtosis coefficients to show the normality of the distribution. In the analyzes made with the logistic regression model in the quantitative results of the study, it was determined that variables such as gender and profession predicted the perception of occupational health and safety competence at a statistically significant level. These findings reveal that the perception of occupational health and safety competence has a multidimensional structure and different demographic characteristics may have an impact on this perception. In the qualitative results of the study, the effectiveness of the implementation of the TS ISO 45001 standard on the basis of schools and institutions is directly related to the extent to which institutions and administrators embrace this process and their willingness to ensure its continuity.
