When organizations are devoted to social development and transformation, these organizations are known as social enterprises. Prioritizing social aims, social values, and solutions to social issues are the core focuses of social entrepreneurship. Since social entrepreneurial organizations have quite different objectives and purposes from one another, current theories of leadership cannot adequately describe the leadership functions involved in the formation, expansion, and sustainability of these companies. Organizations need to establish new human resource strategies in order to be more inclusive of neurodiversity. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between neuro leadership and social entrepreneurship while leading neurodiverse teams and how neuro leadership builds and maintains social enterprises with neurodiversity in mind.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessInclusive Human Resource ManagementNeurodiversity in LeadershipSocial EntrepreneurshipHow to build an efective neuro-leadership in social enterprises with neuro-divergent team membersBook Chapter260N/A247
