Bunun da ölçek geliştirme yoluyla yapılması amaçlanmıştır. İstanbul ilinde sağlık hizmeti sunan ve çalışmaya katılmayı gönüllü olarak kabul eden 276 sağlık çalışanı çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Çalışma kapsamına alınan bireylere hem yüz yüze hem de çevrimiçi olarak kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle kavramsal yapı ve bu kavramsal yapıya bağlı madde havuzu oluşturulması, uzman görüşü alınması, buna istinaden pilot çalışma yapılması, test-yeniden test güvenilirliğinin yapılması aşamalarının ardından ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS ve AMOS paket programlarından faydalanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda 3 faktör ve 14 ifadeden oluşan bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek alt faktörlerine altında toplanan ifadeleri en iyi açıklayacak şekilde “Olumsuz Tutum, Engelleyici Tutum ve Olumlu Tutum” isimleri verilmiştir. Olumsuz tutum faktörü 7, engelleyici tutum faktörü 3 ve olumlu tutum faktörü 4 ifadeden oluşmaktadır. Geliştirilen ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu, sağlık çalışanlarının göçmen tutumunu ölçmede kullanılabilecek bir ölçüm aracı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.The aim of this study is to reveal the attitudes of healthcare professionals towards immigrants. This is intended to be done through scale development.276 health workers who provide health services in Istanbul and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study were included in the study. The individuals included in the study were reached both face-to-face and online by convenience sampling method, following the stages of creating a conceptual structure and an item pool based on this conceptual structure, obtaining expert opinion, conducting a pilot study based on this, and conducting test-retest reliability. IBM SPSS and AMOS package programs were used to analyze the data obtained within the scope of the study.As a result of the analysis, a scale consisting of 3 factors and 14 statements was developed. The sub-factors of the scale are named "Negative Attitude, Obstructive Attitude and Positive Attitude" in a way that best explains the statements collected under them.
