Özellikle sosyal sigortalar kurumunun kurulması ve özel hastanelerin tüm sağlık sigortalarına hizmet vermeye başlaması beraberinde yeni kavramları da getirmiştir. Özel sağlık kuruluşları verdikleri hizmetleri SGK aracılığıyla devletten talep etmeye başlamışlardır. Böylece özel sağlık kuruluşlarında medikal muhasebe terimi yerini almıştır. Bu yeni kavram özel sağlık kuruluşları için hayati öneme sahiptir. Bu nedenle bu araştırmada her geçen gün önemi artmakta olan medikal muhasebe kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. Böylece bu alana yeterli önemin gösterilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma medikal muhasebede görev yapmış olan yazarlarca hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırma ile devlet yetkililerinin de bu alana ilgi göstermesi hedeflenmiştir. Böylece hem medikal muhasebenin önemine dikkat çekilerek hem de alanında uzman personelin yetiştirilip istihdam alanı oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır.The important developments have been experienced in the health system of our country with the health transformation program that started in 2003. Especially the establishment of social insurance institutions and the start of private hospitals to serve all health insurances have brought new concepts. Private healthcare institutions have begun to demand their service fees from the government through SGK. Thus, medical accounting concept has taken its place in private health institutions. This new concept has vital for private healthcare providers. For this reason, it was focused on emphasized the medical accounting concept that have been increased the importance day by day in the research. Thus, it has been aimed to show sufficient importance to this area. The research was written by authors served in the medical accounted. With this research, it was aimed that state authorities will show interest in this field.
