The effect of innovation participation and authentic leadership on job satisfaction

Authentic leadership in this study job satisfaction under its influence the mediating role of innovative participation was investigated, for this purpose from 400 people data was collected with a questionnaire, in research Firstly scales used, structure permeability, and reliability has been tested. For the purpose Discovery factor analysis Discovery element evaluation with positive element evaluation security assessment remained done. One after that, research model structural equality the structural equation with model has been tested. Underlying equivalence simulation such because of the analysis genuine management work enjoyment as meaning has remained found of affect. Genuine management innovative participation to the finding that it affects it has been reached.in innovative participation job satisfaction has been determined. Process mediation by macro method authentic leadership job satisfaction under its influence the mediating role of innovative participation has been found.
