Yayın The effect of human resources management strategy on employees' performance, case study al-Rafidain Bank in Dhi Qar Governorate(İstanbul Gedik Üniversitesi, 2022) Al-traf, Munqith Mohammed; Güvel, Enver AlperThe study's purpose was to find out the influence of human resource strategy on employees performance. a case study of Rafidain Bank in Dhi Qar Governorate through some functional strategies for human resources management, where the study community included all employees of Rafidain Bank in Iraq at all levels. The questionnaire was used as two tools for collecting information and 185 questionnaires were distributed, 25 cases were dropped due to the luck of the answers. As a result, 160 answers were kept for data analysis. This research specifically targets Rafidain Bank in Dhi Qar. All respondents must fulfill a few criteria in order to achieve the objectives and increase the accuracy of the research. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical method was relied on. Using the statistical software for social sciences(spss), data was collected, processed, and hypotheses were tested A range of statistical tools, including arithmetic averages and standard deviation, were utilized to achieve the study's aim. 1- The results showed a high level of the arithmetic averages for the field of selection and employment. And the selection and appointment strategy is on the third degree in terms of its importance in the resource management strategy 2 – The findings revealed that the level of arithmetic averages for the field of training and development was high , and that the training and development strategy ranked first in terms of priority in the human resources management strategy. 3 – The results revealed that the level of the arithmetic averages for the performance appraisal domain was high. And the strategy of performance evaluation on the second degree in terms of its importance in the strategy of human resources management from the point of view of the sample returned to workers in the banking sector in the province of Dhi Qar 4- The results showed a high level of arithmetic averages for employee performance. The work done on the third degree in terms of its importance in the performance of the workers from the perspective of respondents working in the financial sector in the Dhi Qar province.
