Yayın The impact of organizational culture and organizational loyalty on empowering workers in the health sectors in Anbar Governorate(İstanbul Gedik Üniversitesi, 2021) Khaleel, Wisam Mohammed; Pınar, AbuzerThe study aims to know the effect of corporate culture and loyalty in order to motivate employees in the governorate of Al-health Anbar's sectors, the sample of the study had consisted of five institutions working at Health Sector. A random sample was selected of employees working in those institutions, the samples were -150- employees, while the form of questionnaire was distributed electronically, the valid questionnaires form of the analysis reached -129- questionnaires, in rate of -86%- of the total questionnaires distributed by the researcher on the sample of research. The descriptive analytical approach was used in the explanation and analysis of the data by using Likert scale. The study consists of Five chapters, the First chapter focused on giving an introduction to the variables of this study, the Second chapter focuses on the theoretical side of the study and its variables, the Third chapter dealt with the methodology of the study and previous studies and the tools used to design and test the applied part of the study, Chapter Fourth focuses on the practical part and, finally, Chapter Five is limited to the conclusions and recommendations of this study. The study concluded that employees cannot do their work efficiently and effectively without presence the organizational culture and loyalty that makes the employees work with desire and eagerness as one team in order to enable them to achieve the aims of the organization. The study also concluded that the organizational culture variable affects the empowerment of employees unless there is organizational loyalty among workers. Through the above results, this study recommended that health organizations have to pay attention to the topic of organizational culture and to use procedures and policies that help to enhance the concept of organizational culture, which leads to an impact on empowering workers.
