| dc.description.abstract | İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin önemi gerek dünyada gerekse ülkemizde hızla artmaktadır. Hayatımızın bir parçası hâline gelen ve her geçen gün artan teknolojik gelişmeler iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin öneminin artmasına neden olmuştur. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği çalışmalarının temel amaçları; iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarından çalışanları korumak, daha sağlıklı bir ortamda çalışmalarını sağlamak, üretim güvenliğini sağlayarak verimi artırmak ve işletme güvenliğini sağlamaktır. Çünkü çalışan ve işveren için sosyal, siyasal, hukuksal ve ekonomik açıdan önem taşımaktadır. Tahribatsız muayene, kalite kontrolün en önemli aşamalarından biridir. Tahribatsız muayene, inceleme yapılacak olan malzeme ya da parçanın bütünlüğüne zarar vermeden yapılan bir muayene türüdür. Temel olarak kullanılan tahribatsız muayene yöntemleri sıvı penetrant, ultrasonik, manyetik parçacık, radyografik muayenedir. Bu tez çalışması tahribatsız muayenenin belirtilen yöntemlerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tezde öncelikle konu ile ilgili geniş bir literatür çalışması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra tahribatsız muayene yöntemlerinin uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu uygulamalar iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından değerlendirilmiştir. En son aşama olarak tahribatsız muayene çalışanlarına iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili anket uygulanarak, anket sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The importance of occupational health and safety in the world and in our country is increasing rapidly. Technological advances which has become part of our daily life, and increasing everyday have led to an increase in the importance of occupational health and safety. The main aims of occupational health and safety are to protect workers from occupational accidents and disease at work, provide a healthier work environment, increase production efficiency by providing security and ensure the operational safety because it is important for workers and employers from social, political, legal and economic perspective. Non-destructive testing is one of the most important stages of quality control. Non-destructive testing is the inspection type done without damaging the material or integrity of the parts. Basic used non-destructive testing methods are liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic-particle are radiographic tests. This thesis aimed to evaluate the occupational health and safety in the non-destructive testing. Firstly, an extensive literature review was conducted on the thesis topic. Later, application of non-destructive testing methods is performed and these applications were evaluated in terms of occupational health and safety. As a final step, a survey on occupational health and safety is performed with the non-destructive inspection staff and the survey results are evaluated. | |
