Özet
Günümüz dünyasında iletişimin kolay ve hızlı yapılabiliyor olması nedeniyle etik dışı ve yasa dışı olaylar daha hızlı bir şekilde açığa çıkarılabilmektedir. Özellikle sağlık işletmelerinde meydana gelen etik ve yasadışı olayların açığa çıkarılması hem insan sağlığı için hem de kamu yararı için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu tip olayların açığa çıkması sağlık hizmetlerinde yapılacak hataları da minimum seviyelere indirmeye yardımcı olacaktır. Özellikle enfeksiyon kaynaklı komplikasyonların ve ölümlerin olması ve bu durumların açığa çıkarılması sağlık hizmetlerinde alınması gereken tedbirleri arttıracaktır. Bu çalışma İstanbul ili Anadolu yakasında hizmet vermekte olan 3 özel hastane çalışanı üzerinde anket yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmada etik tutum ile whistleblowing arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Çalışmaya toplam 124 sağlık çalışanı katılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre etik tutum alt faktörleri olan idealizm, relativizm ve toplumsal alt faktörlerle whistleblowing alt faktörü olan içsel boyut arasındaki ilişkinin p<0,01 düzeyinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğunu tespit edilmiştir.
In recent world, because of the communication is easy and fast, unethical and illegal events can be brought out more quickly. Especially the bring out of unethical and illegal events that occur in health care institutions is very important for both human health and public benefit. Uncover of these types of events will also help to minimize the errors in health services. In particular, the uncover of infection-related complications and deaths will increase the precautions to be taken in health services. This study was carried out by questionnaire method on health personnel which working three private hospitals that service providing in Anatolia side of Istanbul. The relationship between ethical attitude and whistleblowing was researched in the study. A total of 124 health workers participated in the study. According to the research results, it was determined that the relationship between idealism, relativism and social sub-factors with internal dimension statistically was significant at p <0.01 level.
