Akne vulgaris tanılı hastalarda, depresyon, kaygı, stres ve umutsuzluğun kümülatif travma ile ilişkisi

Özet
Çalışmada, akne vulgaris tanılı kişilerin depresyon, kaygı, stres ve umutsuzluk düzeyleri ve kümülatif travma ile ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu; akne vulgaris tanısı almış ve dermatolog yardımıyla akne derecelendirilmesi yapılan 100 katılımcıdan oluşmuştur. Kontrol grubu ise; akne vulgaris tanısı olmayan 100 katılımcıdan oluşmuştur. Araştırmada; "Sosyodemografik Veri Formu", "Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği (DASS-42)", "Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği" ve "Kümülatif Travma Ölçeği-Kısa Formu" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, Mann-Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi ve Spearman korelasyon yapılmıştır. Akne vulgaris tanılı katılımcıların hayatta kalma travması ile depresyon, kaygı, stres ve umutsuzluk arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı saptanmıştır. Akne vulgaris tanılı katılımcıların kişisel kimlik travması ile depresyon, kaygı, stres ve umutsuzluk arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Akne vulgaris tanılı katılımcıların kolektif kimlik travması ile depresyon, kaygı ve stres arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Kolektif kimlik travması ile umutsuzluk arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmamıştır. Akne vulgaris tanılı katılımcıların aile bağlanma travması ile kaygı arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Aile bağlanma travması ile depresyon, stres ve umutsuzluk arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı bulunmuştur. Akne vulgaris tanılı katılımcıların depresyon, kaygı, stres ve umutsuzluk düzeylerinin tanı almayanlara göre anlamlı şekilde daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Akne vulgaris tanısı alan katılımcıların kişisel kimlik travması yaşama sıklığının, tanı almayan katılımcılara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Hayatta kalma travması, kolektif kimlik ve aile bağlanma travması düzeylerinin ise akne vulgaris tanısı alma durumuna göre farklılaşmadığı saptanmıştır. Depresyon, kaygı, stres, umutsuzluk, hayatta kalma, kişisel kimlik, kolektif kimlik ve aile bağlanma travması düzeylerinin akne şiddetine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı saptanmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between depression, anxiety, stress and hopelessness levels and cumulative trauma in people with acne vulgaris. The study group of the research; It consisted of 100 participants who were diagnosed with acne vulgaris and were graded with the help of a dermatologist. The control group is; It consisted of 100 participants without a diagnosis of acne vulgaris. In the research; "Sociodemographic Data Form", "Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS- 42)", "Beck's Hopelessness Scale" and "Cumulative Trauma Scale-Short Form" were used. Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test and Spearman correlation were used in the analysis of the data. It was determined that there was no significant relationship between survival trauma and depression, anxiety, stress and hopelessness in the participants with acne vulgaris. A positive and significant relationship was found between the personal identity trauma of the participants with acne vulgaris and depression, anxiety, stress and hopelessness. A positive and significant relationship was found between the collective identity trauma of the participants with acne vulgaris and depression, anxiety and stress. No significant relationship was found between collective identity trauma and hopelessness. A positive and significant relationship was found between family attachment trauma and anxiety in the participants with acne vulgaris. It was found that there was no significant relationship between family attachment trauma and depression, stress and hopelessness. It was found that the depression, anxiety, stress and hopelessness levels of the participants with acne vulgaris were significantly higher than those who were not diagnosed. It was found that the frequency of experiencing personal identity trauma of the participants diagnosed with acne vulgaris was significantly higher than the participants who were not diagnosed. It was determined that the levels of survival trauma, collective identity and family attachment trauma did not differ according to the diagnosis of acne vulgaris. It was found that the levels of depression, anxiety, stress, hopelessness, survival, personal identity, collective identity and family attachment trauma did not differ significantly according to the severity of acne.
