dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde yatan prematüre bebeklerin ebeveynlerinin algıladıkları eş desteği ile anksiyete ilişkisinin ortaya konulması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı nitelikteki çalışmanın örneklemini, Sarıyer Hamidiye Etfal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi’nde Aralık 2019-Haziran 2020 tarihleri arasında prematüre bebeği yatan 270 ebeveyn oluşturmuştur. Veriler, tanıtıcı veri formu, Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği ve Eş Destek Ölçeği ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, sayı-yüzdelik hesaplamaları, ortalama, standart sapma ve spearman korelasyon katsayısı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan ebeveynlerin Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği puan ortalaması 9,73±9,21 ve Eş Destek Ölçeği puan ortalaması 69,04±9,23 olarak bulunmuştur. Eş Destek Ölçeği puan ortalaması ile Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği puan ortalaması arasında negatif yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki saptanmıştır. Ebeveynlerin eş destekleri arttıkça anksiyete düzeyleri düşmektedir. Yenidoğan yoğun bakımda bebeği olan ebeveynlerin anksiyete düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi ve bu süreçte desteğe ihtiyacı olan eşlerin profesyonel destek için yönlendirilmesi önerilmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThis study revealed the relationship between perceived partner support and anxiety by the parents of premature babies hospitalized in the neonatal care Unit. The descriptive and relationship-seeking study sample consisted of 270 parents with premature babies hospitalized in Sarıyer Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit between December 2019 and June 2020. Data were obtained with the descriptive data form, Beck Anxiety Scale and Partner Support Scale. In the evaluation of the data, number-percentage calculations, mean, standard deviation and Spearman correlation coefficient were used. The Beck Anxiety Scale mean score of the parents participating in the study was 9.73±9.21 and the Spousal Support Scale mean score was 69.04±9.23. A statistically significant relationship was found between the mean Spousal Support Scale score and the Beck Anxiety Scale mean score. Anxiety levels decrease as parents' spousal support increases. It is recommended to evaluate parents' anxiety levels who have babies in the neonatal intensive care unit and direct the spouses who need support in this process for professional help.
