Özet
Geçmişten günümüze varlığını geliştirerek sürdüren basın, medya ve müzik kavramlarını da içerisinde barındıran kitle iletişim araçları, insanoğlu üzerinde etkisini baskın bir biçimde sürdürmektedir. İlk hali ile yazılı olarak ortaya çıkan medya, dönemsel gelişmelerle radyo, televizyon gibi görsel ve işitsel medyanın yanı sıra internetin ortaya çıkması ve gelişmesiyle çeşitli kitle iletişim araçları ile insanlığın istifadesine sunulmaktadır. Bulunduğumuz zaman diliminde ise sanal dünyada meydana gelen sosyal medya ve kitle iletişim araçlarının çeşitliliği ile bunlara erişim kolaylığı toplum üzerinde önemli bir yön belirleme etkisine sahiptir. Kitle iletişim araçları ile öfke, şiddet, cinsellik, ahlaki değerlere aykırı yayın ve yapımların ortaya çıkması, çocuk ve ergenler başta olmak üzere bireylerin sık sık kullandığı şiddet içeren dijital oyunlar suça yönelimi tetiklemektedir. Bu çeşit yönelimi bünyelerinde barındıran ergen ve çocuklar, agresif, uyumsuz, şiddet yanlı hareketler sergileyebilmektedir. Yazılı, görsel ve işitsel medyada, şiddet suçlarına yönelik haberler başta olmak üzere çeşitli suçların öne çıkması, suçların işlenmesinde tesir gösterip göstermediği bilimsel araştırma ve çalışmalara konu olmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalar ve araştırmalar neticesinde farklı sonuçlar ortaya koyan teoriler yardımıyla, kitle iletişim araçlarının ve müziğin insanlar üzerindeki olumsuz etkisinin suç ve suçluluğa yansımaları, doktrinsel teoriler, günlük hayatta karşılaşılan vaka örnekleri, araştırma verileri ve yargısal kararlar ile açıklanarak, önerilerin izahatı yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.

The prominence of various crimes, especially the news about violent crimes in the written, visual and audio media, whether it has an effect on the commission of crimes has been the subject of scientific research and studies, and the theories that reveal different results as a result of these studies and research, especially the mass media and music It has been tried to explain the suggestions by trying to explain the effects of negative effects on crime and delinquency with doctrinal theories, case examples encountered in daily life, research data and judicial decisions.
