| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde kurumlar gerek dünyadaki gelişmelere ayak uydurabilmek gerekse uluslararası kurumlarla rekabet edebilmek için bazı kriterlere gönüllü olarak uymak durumunda kalmışlardır. Esasen kriterlere uyumluluk gönüllü olmakla birlikte ticaretteki saygınlık ve ilişkilerde önemli rol oynaması bakımından aslında zorunluluk denebilecek uygulamalar arasına girmiştir. Günümüzde çoğu kurum entegre yönetim sistemlerine geçiş yapmaya başlamıştır. Bu tez çalışmasıyla entegre yönetim sistemlerinin tüm yönleriyle ortaya konulması, bu sayede kurumların entegre yönetim sistemlerine uyum sürecine katkıda bulunulması ve entegre yönetim sistemlerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği özelinde kurulum süreçlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, Marmara bölgesinde otomotiv ana sanayi iş kolunda binek araç üretimi yapan bir fabrika ve bağlı birimlerinde entegre yönetim sistemini kapsayacak şekilde yapılmıştır. Entegre yönetim sistemlerinin önemli bir bileşeni olan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetiminin yapı taşları ve uygulama adımları bu tez çalışması kapsamında detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu tez süresince literatür taraması yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar araştırmada kullanılmıştır. Tez çalışması entegre yönetim sistemi uygulamalarının otomotiv sektörü özelinde örneklerini içermektedir ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetiminin entegre yönetim sistemleri içerisindeki payına özel olarak değinilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, the companies are in a position to obey some criterias voluntarily to adopt new developments and to compete with international organizations. Although these implementations are obeyed voluntarily, it plays a vital role to gain good prestige and important for mutual relations therefore they become almost mandatory rules. Nowadays many companies started to transfer their systems to integrated management systems. This thesis study aims to explain integrated management systems in detail and will assist companies to adopt their structure by explaining health and safety activities inclusion in integrated management systems. This study is based on an automotive manufacturing company located in Marmara region. Health and safety activities and management strategy is explained in detail which is a key element at integration studies. Not only health and safety strategy but also its industrial implementations and good examples included in this study. An extensive literature search is carried out during preparation of this thesis. Thesis study includes and focuses on integrated management system impelentations spesific to automotive industry. Health and safety activities spesifically emphasized as one of the key pillars of management systems. | |
