Özet
Yöntem: Düzenli egzersize tabi olmamış toplamda 22 kadının pilates reformer ve kinesis egzersizleri sonrası vücut analizlerinin incelenmesinde ön test ve son test farkı için IBM SPSS Statistics 20 paket programında Wilcoxon Signed Ranks. ile değerlendirildi. Bayanlar deney ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere pilates egzersizleri yapan (n=11) kinesis egzersizleri yapan (n=11) olarak iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Deney grubu yoğunluklu olarak vertikal düzlemde kinesis egzersiz kontrol grubu yoğunluklu olarak horizontal düzlemde reformer pilates egzersizi fitkon spor stüdyosunda 8 hafta boyunca haftada 2 kez antrenman yaptırılmıştır. Her antrenman 60 dk. yaptırılmıştır. Her iki grubunda ısınma ve soğuma ve ana bölüm serileri aynı sıralama ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılar egzersiz öncesi (5-10 dk. ısınma) egzersiz sonrası (5-10 dk) soğumaya düzenli olarak katılmıştır. Her iki grubunda egzersiz öncesi çalışması ve 8 hafta sonrası değerlendirildi. Sonuç: Pilates grubunda lateral fleksörlerin dayanıklılığı, ekstansörlerin dayanıklılığı, yüzüstü köprü ve 1 dk squat testlerinde anlamlı farklar gözlenmiştir (p?0.05). Fitness grubunda bunlara ek olarak kilo ve mekik dayanıklılık parametrelerinde anlamlı farklar gözlenmiştir. (p?0.05). Fitness grubunda sırtüstü köprü, yüzüstü köprü,1 dk. Şınav, sağlık topu atma, baş üstü geriye top atma, pliometrik sıçrama, kalça fleksörleri, kalça ekstansörleri, latissimus dorsi değerlendirmesi ve pektoralis majör parametrelerinde anlamlı farklar gözlenmemiştir. .(p?0.05) Bunlara ek olarak pilates grubunda kilo ve mekik dayanıklılık testlerinde anlamlı farklar gözlenmemiştir. .(p?0.05).
Purrpose: to compare exercises in kinesis and, recently popular reformer pilates. 22 evaluated with Wilcoxon Signed Ranks in the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 package program for the pre-test and post-test difference in the analysis of body analysis after pilates reformer and kinesis exercises. The women were divided into two groups as the experimental and control groups, who did pilates exercises (n=11) and those who did kinesis exercises (n=11). In the experimental group, kinesis exercises in the vertical plane were done intensively, in the control group, Reformer pilates exercises in the horizontal plane were trained intensively twice a week for 8 weeks in Fitkon Sports Studio. Each workout was 60 minutes. In both groups, warm-up and cool- down and main section series were performed in the same order. Participants regularly participated in cooling down before exercise (5-10 minutes warm-up) and after exercise (5-10 minutes). Pre-exercise work and 8 weeks post-exercise were evaluated in both groups. Conclusion: Significant differences were observed in Pilates group in endurance of lateral flexors, endurance of extensors, prone bridge and 1 minute squat tests. (p?0.05) In addition to these, significant differences were observed in weight and shuttle endurance parameters in the fitness group. (p?0.05). No significant differences were observed in the fitness group in the supine bridge, prone bridge, 1 minute push-up, medicine ball throw, overhead ball throw, plyometric jump, hip flexors, hip extensors, latissimus dorsi evaluation and pectoralis major parameters. .(p?0.05) In addition to these, no significant differences were observed in weight and shuttle endurance tests in the pilates group (p?0.05).
