dc.description.abstractTeknolojinin iş yaşamında giderek artmasıyla birlikte, insan gücüne daha az ihtiyaç duyulacaktır. Teknolojik gelişmeler ile birlikte, makineli çalışmanın insan gücüne tercih edileceği düşünülmektedir. Teknolojinin iş yaşamındaki sunduğu konfor ve kolaylıklar, çalışanların ileride karşılaşabilecekleri işsizlik sorununu görmelerini engellemektedir. İş yaşamında, çalışan personelin seçiminde, en iyi ve ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek en etkin kişilerin seçilme şansı daha fazla olacaktır. Çalışanların işini kaybetme korkusu, teknolojik gelişmelerin etkisiyle daha fazla hissedilecektir. Kendilerini sürekli geliştirmek zorunda kalan çalışan kesim bir süre sonra tükenme noktasına gelecek ve teknolojiye yetişmek için sürekli rekabet edecektir. Rekabet ve devamında tükenmenin etkisiyle teknolojik gelişmeler bir mobbing faktörü olarak karşımıza çıkacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Teknolojik gelişmelerin, çalışanlar üzerinde mobbing faktörü olabileceğini araştırmaktır. Bu araştırma için hazırlanan ankete, kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan, rastgele seçilen bayan ve erkek 200 çalışan katılmıştır. Çalışanların demografik özelliklerine göre, "Teknolojik Mobbing" ve "Personel Özdeşleştirme" algıları ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. SPSS 21 İstatistik programında çalışanların anket sorularına verdikleri cevaplar girilerek istatistik analizleri yapılmış ve "İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kapsamında, Teknolojik Gelişmelerin Mobbing ile İlişkisi" olduğu hipotezi doğrulanmaya çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe technological developments increasingly increasing in business life, human power will be less needed. Together with technological developments, it is thought that machine work will be preferred to human power. The comfort and convenience offered by technology in business life prevent the employees from seeing the unemployment problem they may face in the future. In the working life, the selection of the working staff will be more likely to be selected as the most effective and the most efficient. The fear of employees losing their jobs will be felt more by the effects of technological developments. The working people who have to develop themselves constantly will come to the point of exhaustion after a while and will continuously compete to catch up with technology. Competition and technological developments under the influence of extinction in the continuation will emerge as a mobbing factor. The purpose of this study is; It is to investigate whether technological improvements can be a factor of mobbing on employees. In the questionnaire prepared for this research, 200 randomly selected women and men working in public and private sector participated. According to the demographic characteristics of employees, "Technological Mobbing" and "Personnel Identification" perceptions were tried to be measured. Statistical analyzes were conducted by entering the answers given by the employees in the SPSS 21 statistical program and it was tried to verify the hypothesis that "Technological Developments are related to Mobbing" in the context of Occupational Health and Safety.
