| dc.description.abstract | Meslek hastalığı; sigortalı çalışanın çalıştığı veya yaptığı işin niteliğinden dolayı tekrarlanan bir sebeple veya işin yürütüm şartları yüzünden uğradığı geçici veya sürekli hastalık, bedensel veya ruhsal özürlülük halleri olarak bilinmektedir. İnşaat işleri ev, işyeri, fabrika, hastane, yol, köprü, tünel, stadyum, rıhtım, havaalanı gibi her çeşit inşaatın yapımı, bakımı, onarımı, yenilenmesi, değiştirilmesi, yıkılması işlerinin tamamıdır. Çalışma ortamında çalışanların sağlığını olumsuz etkileyebilecek risk etmenlerinden çalışanları korumak ve meslek hastalıklarını önlemek iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin en temel amaçlarından biridir. Ülkemizde ve dünyada inşaat sektörü iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarına sebep olan tehlike ve risk faktörleriyle çok sık karşılaşılan sektörlerin başında gelmektedir. Bu tezin amacı inşaat sektöründe meydana gelebilecek meslek hastalıklarını ve bu meslek hastalıklarına sebep olabilecek tehlike ve risk faktörlerini incelemek, doğru bir şekilde analiz ederek gerekli proaktif önlemlerle meslek hastalıklarından korunma politikalarını belirlemektir. Bu tez çalışmasında inşaat sektöründe meslek hastalıklarına sebep olan fiziksel, kimyasal, biyolojik risk etmenleri incelenmiş, bu meslek hastalıklarından çalışanları korumak için alınması gerekli tedbirler belirlenmiş ve çalışanların olası meslek hastalığına yakalanması durumunda uygulanan tanı ve tedavi yöntemi anlatılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Occupational disease; insured employee's of nature of the works or works that do because of a recurring reason or the conditions of work execution, suffered by temporary illness or permanent illness, known as a physical or mental disability cases. Construction work houses, offices, factories, hospitals, roads, bridges, tunnels, stadiums, docks, airport construction etc. of all types of construction is all of the works complete destruction maintenancing, repairing, renewal and modification. In the work environment, the risk factors that could adversely affect employees' health, protect employees and prevent occupational diseases, is one of the main objectives of occupational health and safety. In our country and world, causing accidents at work and occupational diseases in the construction sector, the sector is one of the most frequently encountered danger and risk factors. The aim of this thesis, occupational diseases which may occur in the construction industry and the dangers that may cause these occupational diseases and to investigate the risk factors, correctly analyzing, to determine the conservation policy of the necessary proactive measures to occupational diseases. In this study, we examined the physical, chemical, biological risk factors that lead to the construction industry occupational disease, to protect workers from the occupational disease, taking the necessary measures determined and implemented if caught employees of the potential occupational disease diagnosis and treatment are described. | |
