Özet
Bu çalışmada aerobik egzersizlerin kognitif fonksiyonlar üzerindeki etkilerini araştırılmıştır. Çalışmaya Kayseri Büyükşehir Belediyesi bünyesinde çalışmakta olan 23-36 yaş aralığında sağlıklı 50 kadın fitness antrenörü gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Katılımcılar randomizasyon yöntemi ile 10'ar kişilik gruplara ayırılarak ölçümler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçüm 5 günde tamamlanmıştır. Katılımcılara ilk önce ön test olarak Stroop testi ve Burdon dikkat testi uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra 30 dk'lık bisiklet egzersizi sonrasında 15 dk dinlenme arası verilmiştir. Katılımcılara sont test olarak olarak Stroop testi ve Burdon testleri tekrar uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS 22 paket programında çözümlenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda araştırmaya fitness antrenörlerinin stroop testinden aldıkları deney öncesi ve sonrası puanları arasında anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir. Fark puanlarının sıra ortalaması ve toplamları dikkate alındığında, gözlenen farkın pozitif sıralar yani son test puanı lehine olduğu görülmektedir. Bu sonuçlara göre düzenlenen programın fitness antrenörlerin gelişimine etkisi olduğu söylenebilir. Ayrıca antrenörlerin burdon dikkat testinden almış oldukları puanlar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark görülmüştür (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak; Araştırmaya katılan bayan fitness antrenörlerin ön test ve son test değerleri karşılaştırıldığında test öncesinde yapılan aerobik egzersizlerin bireylerin kognitif fonksiyonları üzerinde pozitif yönde etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the effects of aerobic exercises on cognitive functions were investigated. 50 healthy female fitness trainers between the ages of 23-36, working in Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, participated in the study voluntarily. The measurements were carried out by dividing the participants into groups of 10 by randomization method. The measurement was completed in 5 days. Stroop test and Burdon attention test were applied to the participants first as a pre-test. Then, after 30 minutes of cycling exercise, a 15-minute rest break was given. Stroop test and Burdon tests were applied again to the participants as a post-test. The obtained data were analyzed in the IBM SPSS 22 package program. As a result of the analysis, a significant difference was found between the scores of the fitness trainers before and after the experiment that they got from the stroop test. Considering the mean rank and totals of the difference scores, it is seen that the observed difference is in favor of the positive ranks, that is, the post-test score. According to these results, it can be said that the program has an effect on the development of fitness trainers. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between the scores of the coaches from the bourdon attention test (p<0.05). As a result; When the pre-test and post-test values of the female fitness trainers participating in the study were compared, it was determined that the aerobic exercises performed before the test had positive effects on the cognitive functions of the individuals.
