Özet
İşbirlikçi (kollaboratif) endüstriyel robotlar dijital endüstride yerini almaya başlayan önemli teknolojilerden birini oluşturmaktadır. Endüstriyel robot sistemlerindeki teknolojik gelişmeler, robot-insan etkileşimi alanında ilerlemeyi beraberinde getirmiştir. İleri teknoloji sensör, eyleyici ve kontrol sistemleri ile yeni nesil endüstriyel robotlar olarak ortaya çıkan işbirlikçi endüstriyel robotlar, insan ile aktif ve pasif işbirliği içerisinde çalışarak fabrika otomasyonuna katkı sağlamaktadır. İnsan-robot arayüzünde rijit sistemler yerine esnek robotik sistemler kullanılması, emniyet ve hassasiyet parametrelerinin standartlara uygun hale gelmesine destek olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, dijital endüstride yaygınlaşan işbirlikçi robotlar ve esnek robotik sistemlerin sistematik analizi yapılarak mevcut işbirlikçi robotlar arasında karşılaştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. İşbirlikçi robotların karakteristik davranışında etkili olan empedans kontrol açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca işbirlikçi robotların temel gelişim konsepti ile beraber esnek robotik sistemlerle birlikte kullanımı araştırılmıştır.
Collaborative industrial robots are one of the significant technologies that have begun to take place in the digital industry. Technological developments in industrial robot systems have brought progress in the field of robot-human interaction. Collaborative industrial robots, emerging as new generation industrial robots with advanced technological sensors, actuators and control systems, actively and passively collaborate with human and contribute to factory automation. The use of soft robotic systems instead of rigid systems at the human-robot interface has assisted to ensure that safety and sensitivity parameters meet standards. In this study, a systematic analysis of collaborative robots and soft robotic systems, which are becoming popular in the digital industry, has been performed. Additionally, a comparison is made among existing collaborative robots. The impedance control which is effective in the characteristic behavior of the collaborative robots is explained. Furthermore, the concept of collaborative robots has been investigated together with the fundamental development concept and soft robotic systems.
