| dc.description.abstract | Dünyada olduğu şekilde Türkiye'de de iş kazaları iş yaşamının en önemli konuları arasında gösterilmektedir. Kaza kavramına ilişkin Hukuken de pek çok değişik tanımlama bulunmaktadır. Gerçekleşen kaza ile yapılan iş arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi kavramı doğrultusunda hangi durumların iş kazası olarak görülebileceği ifade edilmiştir. Kanun koyucu işyeri tanımını geniş anlamda kabul ederken, sigortalı iş yaşamının her çeşit tehlike ve risklerine karşı koruma altına alınması sağlanmıştır. Bu gibi faktörlerin örgüt yaşamına ve iş gören performans ve sağlığına etki etmekte ve bu durumun iş görenlerin psikolojik unsurlarına göre de araştırılması önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakasında faaliyet gösteren özel sektör çalışanları üzerinde iş kazalarının çalışan performansını ve psikolojisini nasıl ve ne yönde etkilediğini belirlemek bu araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Özel sektör çalışanları ile gerçekleştirilen çalışma sonucunda iş kazaları ile çalışan performansı ve çalışan psikolojisi arasında doğrudan bir bağlantı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışanların performanslarının ve psikolojilerinin düşmesi ile iş kazası geçirme olasılıklarının arttığı ve aynı zamanda tersi şekilde iş kazası geçiren çalışanların performanslarının ve psikolojik durumlarının düştüğü anlaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Occupational accidents are shown among the most important issues of work life in Turkey as well as in the world. There are many different definitions regarding the concept of accident in law. In line with the concept of causality between the accident and the work done, it has been stated which situations can be seen as work accidents. While the legislator accepted the definition of workplace in a broad sense, it was ensured that the insured business life was protected against all kinds of dangers and risks. Such factors affect the life of the organization and the performance and health of the employees, and it is important to investigate this situation according to the psychological elements of the employees. The aim of this research is to determine how and in what way work accidents affect employee performance and psychology on private sector employees operating in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. As a result of the study conducted with private sector employees, it was concluded that there is a direct link between occupational accidents and employee performance and employee psychology. It has been understood that with the decrease in the performance and psychology of the employees, the probability of having a work accident increases, and at the same time, the performance and psychological state of the employees who have had a work accident decrease. | |
