Bireysel spor dallarında Türk Milli takımında yer alan sporcular ile Türkiye şampiyonalarına katılan sporcuların covid-19 salgın sürecindeki beslenme bilgi düzeylerinin karşılaştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı bireysel spor dallarında Türk milli takımında yer alan sporcular ile Türkiye şampiyonalarına katılan sporcuların Covid-19 salgın döneminde beslenme düzenlerine dikkat edip etmediklerini değerlendirmek ve karşılaştırmaktır. Çalışmaya 50'si milli takımda yer alan sporcular ve 74'ü Türkiye şampiyonalarına katılan elit sporcular olmak üzere 25 kadın 99 erkek toplam 124 sporcu katılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılanlara sporcuların fiziksel aktivite, beslenme tutumu, yiyecek seçimi davranışını ve beslenmenin sporcuların performanslarına olan etkisini ölçmek üzere hazırlanmış olan anket 68 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca 10 soruluk bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Bu anket, sporcuların beslenme alışkanlığına ilişkin bilgi düzeylerini ölçen sorular içerir. Doğru cevaplardan bilgi puanları hesaplanmaktadır. Sporcu beslenmesi bilgisi ölçeğindeki genel performans skorlama sistemi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 22.0 for Windows paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Cinsiyetler arası, eğitim durumu sporcu beslenme bilgi ölçeği puanlarında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı saptanmıştır (p>0,05). Milli sporcuların sporcu beslenme bilgi ölçeği puan durumu, milli olmayan sporculara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Diyetisyen ile çalışan sporcuların sporcu beslenme bilgi ölçeği puan durumu diyetisyen ile çalışmayan sporculara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Covid-19 döneminde kilo değişimi olanlar ile olmayanların sporcu beslenme bilgi ölçeği puan durumu arasında anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak; Milli olan ve olmayan sporcuların kilo değişim durumları arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sporculardan diyetisyen ile çalışan ve çalışmayanların Covid-19 dönemindeki kilo değişim durumu arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Bireysel spor dallarında Türk milli takımında yer alan sporcular ile Türkiye şampiyonalarına katılan sporcuların Covid-19 salgın sürecindeki beslenme bilgi düzeylerinin karşılaştırılmasından, milli sporcuların ve diyetisyen ile çalışanların beslenme bilgi puanı daha yüksek bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study is that individual sports, located in the Turkish national team athletes and the athletes participating in the championship in Turkey, assessing whether they pay attention to diet and to compare, during Covid-19 epidemic period. 50 athletes participating in the study take part in the national team. 74 athletes are elite athletes participating in the championship in Turkey. 99 of 124 athletes are men and 25 of them are women. A questionnaire prepared to measure the physical activity, nutritional attitude, food selection behavior of the athletes and the effect of nutrition on the performance of the athletes was applied to the participants in the study. The questionnaire consists of 68 questions. In addition, a 10-question information form was used. This questionnaire includes the thoughts of athletes on nutritional habits and their answers to their questions. Knowledge points are calculated from the correct answers. It was analyzed with SPSS 22.0 for Windows package program. It was determined that there was no significant difference in the scores of gender and educational status, sports nutrition knowledge scale (p>0.05). Sports nutrition knowledge scale score status of national athletes was found to be significantly higher than non-national athletes (p<0.05). The scores of the sports nutrition knowledge scale of the athletes who work with a dietician were found to be significantly higher than those who did not work with a dietician (p<0.05). In the Covid-19 period, no significant difference was found between the athletes' nutrition knowledge scale scores of those with and without weight change (p>0.05). The difference between the weight change status of national athletes and non-national athletes was found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). The difference between the weight change status of the athletes who work with a dietician and those who do not work with a dietician during the Covid-19 period was not found to be statistically significant (p>0.05). As a result, the nutritional knowledge scores of national athletes and dieticians were found to be higher.
