dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, iş güvenliği uzmanlığı kavramının mevzuattaki yerini ve iş güvenliği uzmanlarının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği hizmetlerindeki rolünü incelemek, aynı şekilde iş güvenliği uzmanlarının algı ve beklentilerinin neler olduğunu araştırmaktır. İş güvenliği uzmanlarının işyerlerindeki temel rolleri arasında aşağıdaki dört ana konu başlığı sıralanmıştır; 1) Rehberlik İş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili tebdirleri için işverene önerilerde bulunmak İş sağlığı ve güvenliğiyle ilgili alınması gereken tedbirleri işverene yazılı olarak bildirmek İş kazası ve meslek hastalıklarının nedenlerinin, ramak kalarının ya da maddi hasarlı kazaların araştırılması ve tekrarlanmaması için alınacak önlemler konusunda işverene önerilerde bulunmak Risk değerlendirmesi yapılması için işverene önerilerde bulunmak ve takibini yapmak. 2) Çalışma ortamı gözetimi Periyodik kontroller ve takibi Acil durumlara hazırlık ve takibi 3) Eğitim, bilgilendirme ve kayıt 4) İşyeri hekimi ile beraber çalışmalar yapmak Bir diğer yandan iş güvenliği uzmanlarının aşağıda sıralanmış konu başlıkları üzerinden iş sağlığı ve güvenliği sektörü üzerinde yaptıkları işe olan algı ve sektörden beklentilerinin neler olduğu incelenmiştir Genel Bilgiler Çalışma Bilgileri ve Koşulları İş Güvenliği Uzmanı Temel Eğitimi ve Stajı İSG Mevzuatı
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study, safety place in the legislation of the specialty concept and occupational health and work safety specialists and examine the role of the security services, but the way in which safety experts perceptions and expectations is to investigate what happened. Among the main roles of hse specialists in workplaces are the following four main topic; 1) Guidance • Providing employer suggestions for employment health and safety related complaints • Notify the employer in writing about the measures to be taken regarding occupational health and safety • Proposing employers to investigate causes of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, to investigate ramp or damage accidents, and to prevent repetition. • To make proposals and follow up with the employer for risk assessment. 2) Working environment surveillance • Periodic checks and follow-up • Emergency preparedness and follow-up 3) Education, information and registration 4) To work together with the workplace physician On the other hand, it has been examined what occupational safety specialists perceive from the job and safety sector and the expectations from the sector through the following topics • General Information • Working knowledge and conditions • Occupational Safety Specialist Basic Training and Internship • HSE Legislation
