dc.description.abstractBu araştırma; yatağa bağımlı hastalara bakım veren kişilerde bakım yükünü ve spiritüel iyi oluş düzeylerini belirlemek ve her iki durumun birbirine etkisini incelemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel nitelikteki araştırmanın örneklemini, bir Evde Sağlık Birimine 04.04.2019-15.07.2019 tarihleri arasında başvuran, 154 hasta yakını oluşturmuştur. Veriler, sosyo-demografik bilgi formu, Zarit Bakım Yükü Ölçeği ve Spiritüel İyi Oluş Ölçeği ile elde edilmiştir. Bakım vericilerin Spritüel İyi Oluş Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 115,09±18,89 ve Bakım Yükü Ölçeği puan ortalaması 68,11±5,40 olarak bulunmuştur. Bakım vericilerin Spritüel İyi Oluş ölçeği toplam puanı ile Bakım Yükü Ölçeği toplam puanı arasında ile negatif yönde zayıf ilişki saptanmıştır (p<0,05).
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research was to determine the burden of care and the level of spiritual well-being of the people who care for bed-dependent patients and to examine the effect of both conditions on each other. The sample of this descriptive and cross-sectional research consisted of 154 patient relatives who applied to a Home Health Unit between 04.04.2019 and 15.07.2019. Data were obtained by socio-demographic information form, Zarit Care Burden Scale and Spiritual Well-being Scale. The mean score of the Spiritual Well-Being Scale of caregivers was 115.09 ± 18.89 and the mean score of the Care Burden Scale was 68.11 ± 5.40. There was a weak negative correlation between the total score of the Caregiver Well-being scale and the Care Burden Scale (p<0,05).
