| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı, 21. yüzyıl Türkiye’si ofis iç mekânlarında estetik değerlendirme yapmaktır. Bu estetik değerlendirme yapılırken 21. yüzyılda Türkiye, İstanbul şehrinde yapılmış veya yeniden düzenlenmiş farklı işlevlere sahip ofis mekânlarının iç mekânları estetik kriterler içinde ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda 21. Yüzyılda yapılmış olan 4 ayrı işlevde ofis yapısı seçilmiştir. Bu kapsamda seçilen ofis mekânlarının öncelikle yapısal künyesi yapı adı, yapım yılı, kim tarafından yapıldığı, yapının bulunduğu yer sunulmuştur. Daha sonra günümüz mekan tasarımı anlayışında kullanıcının estetik gereksinimlerinin karşılanması gerekliliğinden dolayı; form, formun yapısal çözümü, malzeme – doku, renk, ritim, vurgu – baskınlık – süreklilik, ışık, aydınlatma, harmoni – uyum – özgünlük gibi kriterler dikkate alınarak incelenmiş ve karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Mekân incelemesi yapılırken; mekânsal estetik veri analizleri başlığı altında; renk, aydınlatma, malzeme-doku ve tasarım yaklaşımı başlıkları oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma amacı kapsamında; yapısal ve estetik veriler 4 ofis yapısı karşılaştırması yapılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda incelelen ofis kurum kimliklerinin estetik ve yenilikçi tasarımlarla desteklendiği saptanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of this research is to do an evaluation about the aesthetics of office interiors in Turkey of 21st century. While making this aesthetic assessment, the office spaces which have distinct functions and their interior space which were made and rearranged in Turkey, in the city of Istanbul in the 21st century has been discussed in the aesthetic criteria. In this regard, office structures with 4 dissimilar functions which were observed to be made in the 21st century has been chosen. In this context, firstly the structural tag of the chosen office spaces structure name, year of construction, constructed by who, location of the structure has been presented. Then, for the purpose of supplying the aesthetic needs of the user appropriate shape, color and textural characteristics of the space in todays office understanding, form, structural analysis of the form has been examined and comparisons has been made considering the criteria’s such as; material - texture, color, rhythm, emphasis – prepotency – continuity, light, illumination, harmony – accord – originality. While making the space examination, under the topic of spatial aesthetic data analysis, topics of color, illumination, material-texture and design approach has been created. In the scope of research purpose, structural and aesthetic data were analyzed by comparing 4 office structures. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the identity of the corporate offices is supported by aesthetic and innovative designs. | |
