Verilerin toplandıktan sonra gerekli analizlerin yapılması için SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 26 ve AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) 22 programlarına aktarılmıştır.
The aim of the research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction of the employees in the SPA department of tourism enterprises on the perceived job risk. The universe of the research is SPA personnel working in 4 and 5 star hotels affiliated to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The sample of the research is the SPA personnel of the 4 and 5 star hotels in the provinces of Antalya, Bodrum and Istanbul, which are affiliated to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Questionnaire technique was used to collect research data and 435 valid data were collected in this context. After the data were collected, they were transferred to SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 26 and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) 22 programs for necessary analysis. In this context, firstly, frequency, validity (exploratory, confirmatory, convergent and discriminant validity) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha) analyzes were performed for job satisfaction and perceived job risk scales. Secondly, normality analyzes were performed for the resulting structures. Then, descriptive statistics were made. Finally, correlation analysis and Path Analysis with Structural Equation Model was conducted to test the research hypotheses. As a result of the analysis; It has been determined that external satisfaction affects the perceived management and internal environment risk negatively. When beta coefficients were examined, it was found that external satisfaction most affected the perceived internal environment risk. It has been determined that internal satisfaction affects perceived management and internal environment risk negatively, and perceived human and equipment risk positively. When beta coefficients are examined, internal satisfaction has the most effect on perceived internal environment risk. Finally, it has been determined that the use of talent affects the perceived human and equipment risk negatively and the perceived internal environment risk positively. When beta coefficients were examined, talent use most affected perceived human and equipment risk.
