| dc.description.abstract | İnşaat projeleri en fazla istihdam yaratan sektörlerden biridir. Bu nedenle işçi ve çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konularına dikkat edilmesi önemlidir. İnşaat projelerinde kazalarının sebebiyle oluşturabilen insan ve mali zararları veya kayıplar hem topluluğa hem de mali açısından ekonomiye ciddi olumsuz izler bırakabilmektedir. İnşaat projelerinde kaza olduğu zaman, kazanın türüne göre insanlara, inşaat projelerin mallarına, projenin toplam maliyetine, ekonomiğe, topluma ve genel olarak sosyal hayata zarar verebilmektedir. İnşaat işverenlerinin ve inşaat projelerinde özellikle görev alan teknik çalışanların bu problemi bilinmesinde çok büyük faydası vardır, inşaat projelerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği verilen mevzuat maddelerini özenle uygulamalıdır. Ancak, inşaat projelerinde yaşanmış iş kazalarına ait bazı araştırma bulgularının bilinmesi ve göz önünde bulundurulması başarı düzeyini artıran bir faktördür. Buna bir örnek olarak bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de inşaat projelerin iş kazalarına ilişkin istatistikler açıklanmış ve sayısal verilerle tanıtılmıştır. Çalışma, inşaat projelerinde iş güvenliği tedbirleri alınmayan projelerinde olabilecek çeşitli kazaların sebebi ile inşaat projelerinde toplam maliyetine olumsuz etkileyen veya tamamen kayıp edebilecek maliyetlerini önlemesi veya en düşük seviyesine indirmek için iş sağlığı ve güvenliği değerini kullanarak toplam maliyete etkisinin incelemesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın en önemli bölümlerinden, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğin maliyetleri ve seçtiğimiz inşaat projelerinden örnek olarak 5 bina projesi toplam maliyetlerini hesaplayarak arasındaki karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışma kapsamında bir anket hazırlanmış olup, İnşaat projelerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetimin maliyetini değerlendirilmesi yapılarak inşaat projelerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğin önemine ve etkisine göre inşaat projelerine ne kadar etkin olacağını araştırılmıştır aynı zamanda gerekli analizler ve istatiksel analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | When an accident occurs in construction projects, it can harm people, property of construction projects, total cost of the project, economy, society and social life in general, depending on the type of accident. It is very beneficial for construction employers and especially technical workers involved in construction projects to be aware of this problem, and they should carefully apply the legislation articles that are given health and work safety in construction projects. However, knowing and considering some research findings related to work accidents experienced in construction projects is a factor that increases the level of success. As an example, in this study, statistics on occupational accidents of construction projects in Turkey are explained and introduced with numerical data. The study aims to examine the effect on the total cost by using the health and work safety value in order to prevent or minimize the costs that may negatively affect the total cost of the construction projects or that may be lost due to the various accidents that may occur in the projects where occupational safety measures are not taken in the construction projects. One of the most important parts of the study, the costs of Health and Occupational Safety and the construction projects we selected, as an example, were compared by calculating the total costs of 5 building projects. In addition, a survey was prepared within the scope of the study, by evaluating the cost of health and occupational safety management in construction projects, it was investigated how effective it would be on construction projects according to the importance and impact of health and work safety in construction projects, and at the same time, necessary analyzes and statistical analyzes were carried out. | |
