Gebelik sürecinde poliklinik takibinin gebelerin sağlık bilgi düzeyine katkısı: bir alan araştırması

dc.description.abstractAmaç: Anne adayının düzenli doktor kontrolüne gitmesi hem sağlıklı gebelik geçirmesini sağlayacak hem de annenin gebelik dönemi ve bebek ile ilgili bilgi edinmesini kolaylaştıracaktır. Bu araştırma, gebe olan ve doğum için sağlık kurumuna başvuran gebelerin yaptırdığı poliklinik takiplerinin sağlık bilgi düzeyine olan katkısını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Metot: Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotların (Ortalama, Standart Sapma, Medyan, Frekans, Oran, Minimum, Maksimum) yanı sıra niceliksel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Student t Test veya Oneway Anova Testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Gebelik sürecinde doktorlarla iletişime geçme sıklıklarına göre gebelik sürecine ilişkin bilgi düzeyi puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır (p=0,001; p<0,01). Doktorla iletişim kuramayanların bilgi düzeyi doktorla iletişime geçen kişilerin bilgi düzeyinden (p = 0,001) daha düşük bulunmuştur (p <0,01). Sonuç: Gebelik sürecinde bilgi düzeyinin yaş, eğitim, iş / iş durumu, gelir düzeyi gibi demografik özelliklere göre önemli bir farklılık göstermediği, ancak sağlık sigortasının bulunup bulunmadığına, doktora gitme sıklığına göre anlamlı farklılık olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractRegular follow-up visits enable a healthy pregnancy and also make it easier for the pregnant to obtain information regarding pregnancy and the infant. This study was conducted to determine the contribution of follow-up visits during pregnancy to health consciousness of pregnants who applies to a health center for child birth. Methods: In the study, it has been used Student test and One-way Anova test for comparison of quantitative data; Descriptive statistical methods (mean, standard deviation, median, frequency, rate, minimum and maximum) has used in the evaluation of the data Results: It was found a significant difference between the knowledge level scores of the pregnancy process according to the frequency of communication with doctor (p=0,001; p<0,01). The level of knowledge of those who did not communicate with the doctor was found lower (p = 0,001) than the level of knowledge those who communicated with the doctor (p <0,01). Conclusion: It has been concluded that knowledge level of pregnancy does not differ significantly with respect to demographics such as age, education, work/employment status, income level, however it differs significantly according to the availability of state health insurance, frequency of going to the follow up vists and getting in touch with the doctor.
