dc.description.abstractÇağımızın çığır açan teknolojilerinden biri olarak geliştirilen robotik cerrahi teknolojiler, gelişmiş sağlık sistemlerinde etkin ve verimli bir şekilde kullanılmakta ve uygulama sırasında kullanılan robotlar ameliyatın gerçekleştirilmesinde cerraha yardımcı olmaktadırlar. Bu uygulamaların yararlarının yanında, uygulamalardan kaynaklanan riskler ve birçok etik sorun da bulunmaktadır. Bu makale, robotik cerrahinin tıp alanında kullanımının artmasıyla ortaya çıkan etik soruları kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Robotik sistemler, cerrahi süreçlerde yenilikçi çözümler sunarken, hasta güvenliği, mahremiyet, sorumluluk paylaşımı ve hasta özerkliği gibi temel etik ilkeleri de tartışmaya açmaktadır. Robotik cerrahi uygulamalarında, cerrahların bilgi ve beceri düzeyleri, üretici firmaların sorumlulukları ve hastaların bilgilendirilmiş onam süreçleri gibi kritik noktalar, etik değerlendirmelerin odak noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu makalede, robotik cerrahinin uygulama sürecinde yaşanan deneyimlerden yola çıkarak etik sorunların sağlık hizmetleri üzerindeki önemli etkileri irdelenmiş ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, robotik cerrahinin güvenli ve etik kullanımını sağlamak için sağlık çalışanlarının eğitimi, etik çerçevelerin güncellenmesi ve yasal düzenlemelerin geliştirilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractRobotic surgical technologies, which have been developed as one of the groundbreaking technologies of our age, are used effectively and efficiently in advanced health systems and the robots used during the application assist the surgeon in performing the operation. In addition to the benefits of these applications, there are also risks and many ethical problems arising from these applications. This article comprehensively addresses the ethical questions that arise with the increasing use of robotic surgery in the medical field. While robotic systems offer innovative solutions in surgical processes, they also raise questions about basic ethical principles such as patient safety, privacy, shared responsibility and patient autonomy. In robotic surgery applications, critical points such as the knowledge and skill levels of surgeons, responsibilities of manufacturers and informed consent processes of patients are the focal points of ethical evaluations. In this article, the important effects of ethical issues on healthcare services are analyzed and recommendations are presented based on the experiences in the implementation process of robotic surgery. In conclusion, it is emphasized that healthcare professionals should be trained, ethical frameworks should be updated and legal regulations should be developed to ensure the safe and ethical use of robotic surgery.
