Özet
Bu çalışma, profesyonel voleybolcularda antrenör davranışlarının sporcuların zihinsel dayanıklılıkları üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle antrenör kavramı ele alınmış, antrenörlerin kişisel özellikleri, türleri, nitelikleri, rol ve sorumlulukları, davranışları, görevleri gibi başlıklar verilerek antrenör kavramı detaylı bir şekilde irdelenmiştir. Ardından zihinsel dayanıklılık kavramına yer verilerek, zihinsel dayanıklılığın boyutları, kuramları incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 64 kadın 38 erkek olmak üzere toplam 102 katılımcı katılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda katılımcılara Antrenör Davranışlarını Değerlendirme ve Zihinsel Dayanıklılık Ölçekleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda zihinsel dayanıklılık ölçeği ile olumsuz antrenör davranışları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu kapsamda; Bireylerin kaç yıldır profesyonel voleybolcu oldukları ile olumsuz antrenör davranışları, zihinsel dayanıklılık, güven ve kontrol alt boyutları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
This study was carried out in order to determine the effect of coach behaviors on mental endurance of professional volleyball players. In the study, first of all, the concept of coach was discussed, and the concept of coach was examined in detail by giving titles such as personal characteristics, types, qualifications, roles and responsibilities, behaviors and duties of coaches. Then, the concept of mental toughness was included and the dimensions and theories of mental toughness were examined. However, in the study, the concept of self-efficacy was examined and studies on mental resilience were discussed. Relational screening model was used in this study. A total of 102 participants, 64 women and 38 men, participated in the study. In line with the purpose of the research, the Trainer Behavior Assessment and Mental Resilience Scale was used. As a result of the research, a significant relationship was found between the mental toughness scale and negative coach behaviors. A significant relationship was found between how many years individuals have been professional volleyball players and negative coaching behaviors, mental toughness, confidence and control sub-dimensions.
