10-15 yaş arası futbol oyuncularında egzersizlerin dikey sıçrama performansına olan etkilerinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Pendik Yenişehir Spor Kulübünün Futbol Okulu antrenmanlarına katılan 10-15 ve ek olarak 16 yaşlı sporcular arasındaki 31 erkek futbol oyuncularının 8 hafta boyunca uyguladıkları özel kuvvet egzersizlerinin onların sıçrama kuvvetine olan etkilerini incelemektir. Futbolda genelde bu yaş grubunda olan çocuklar alt yapılarda ve futbol okullarında eğitilmektedir. Futbol Okulu kapsamındaki antrenmanlar bu kulüpte haftada iki kez yapılmaktadır. Testlerin değerlendirilmesinde 10-11, 12-13, 14-15 ve ek olarak 16 yaşlarındaki futbol oyuncularının sonuçları da karşılaştırılmıştır. Dikey sıçrama performansını pozitif yönde etkilemesi düşünülen egzersizler 8 haftalık antrenmanlar boyunca programa yerleştirilmiştir. Antrenmanlarda özellikle quadriceps, hamstring ve kalf kaslarına yönelik kuvvet egzersizleri kullanılmıştır. Uygulamalar set ve tekrarlar olarak yapılmıştır. Antrenmanlar başlamadan önce ve sonrasında hem fiziksel özellikler hem de öncelikle araştırdığımız dikey sıçrama performansı test edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilen SPSS 25.0 Programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ön ve son test sonuçlarının karşılaştırılmasın grubun tamamında anlamlı bir sonuçla karşılaşılmıştır (P<0.05). Kontrol edilen değişkenlerde boy ve vücut ağırlığında artışlar görülmüş, vücut yağ yüzdesinde düşüş, dikey sıçrama performansında yükselme izlenmiştir (P<0.05). Aynı grupların ön test ve son testleri arasında da istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur (P<0.05). Tüm sonuçların değerlendirilmesinde antrenmanlara yerleştirilmiş özel kuvvet geliştirici egzersizlerin dikey sıçrama performansını pozitif biçimde etkilediği görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to examine the effects of special strength exercises applied for 8 weeks by 31 male soccer players between the ages of 10-15 and additionally 16, who participated in the Football School training of Pendik Yenişehir Sports Club, on their jumping strength. In the field of football, children in this age group receive training in academies and football schools. Training sessions within the scope of the Football School are held twice a week in this club. In the evaluation of the tests, the results of football players aged 10-11, 12-13, 14-15 and additionally 16 were also compared. The exercises that are thought to affect the vertical jump performance positively were included in the program during the 8-week training sessions. Strength exercises for the quadriceps, hamstring and calf muscles were used in the training. Practices were made as sets and repetitions. Both physical properties and vertical jump performance, which we investigated first, were tested before and after the training began. The obtained data was analyzed with SPSS 25.0 Program. Comparison of the pre-test and post-test results showed a significant result in the whole group (P<0.05). Increases in height and body weight were observed in the controlled variables, a decrease in body fat percentage and an increase in vertical jump performance were observed (P<0.05). Statistically significant differences were also found between the pretest and posttests of the same groups (P<0.05). In the evaluation of all the results, it was seen that the special strength-enhancing exercises placed in the training positively affected the vertical jump performance.
