Futbol altyapı organizasyonları yönetim sorunlarının çok kriterli karar verme yöntemi ile incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmanın amacı futbol altyapı organizasyonlarında yaşanan yönetim sorunlarını literatür kaynaklı araştırıp altyapı koordinatörleri ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda sorunları önceliklendirmek ve bu sorunlara yönelik önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırmada, ÇKKV (Çok Kriterli Karar Verme) yöntemlerinden SWARA (Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) kullanılmıştır. SWARA, ağırlık belirleme sürecinde kriterlerin önem derecesi hakkında karar vericilerin görüşlerini ortaya koyar. SWARA yöntemiyle, futbol altyapı organizasyonları yönetim sorunlarında literatürde ön plana çıkan toplamda 7 kriter incelenmiştir. Bu kriterler, İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren 7 futbol kulübünün deneyimli koordinatörlerine yüz yüze görüşme sonrasında önceliklendirilmiştir. Karar vericilerden alınan veri, Excel’de SWARA yönteminin istediği şekilde formülize edilmiş ve bulgular ortaya konmuştur. Araştırma bulgularında, altyapı organizasyonları yönetim sorunlarında öncelik sıralamasına göre ilk sırada “Tesis ve Materyal Eksikliği” kriterinin; ikinci sırada “Kulübün Yönetsel Sorunları”, üçüncü sırada “Ekonomik Sorunlar” ve sırasıyla “Federasyon Kararları”, “Antrenör İstihdamı”, “Sporcuların Okul Çıkış Saatlerinin Geç Olması”, “Tesise Ulaşım” kriterlerinin yer aldığı görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda, futbol altyapı organizasyonlarında yaşanan yönetim sorunlarında “Tesis ve Materyal Eksikliği”nin öncelik olması dolayısıyla, bu alanda daha fazla yatırım desteğine ihtiyaç duyulduğu ortaya konmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the research is to investigate the management problems experienced in football infrastructure organisations based on the literature, to prioritise the problems as a result of interviews with infrastructure coordinators and to make suggestions for these problems. In the research, SWARA (Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis), one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, was used. SWARA reveals the opinions of decision makers about the importance of the criteria in the weight determination process. With the SWARA method, a total of 7 criteria that are prominent in the literature on the management problems of football infrastructure organisations were examined. These criteria were prioritised after face-to-face interviews with experienced coordinators of 7 football clubs operating in Istanbul. The data received from the decision makers were formulated in Excel as required by the SWARA method and the findings were presented. According to the findings of the research, it was seen that ‘Facility and Material Deficiency’ criterion ranked first in the order of priority in the management problems of infrastructure organisations; ‘Managerial Problems of the Club’ ranked second, ‘Economic Problems’ ranked third and ‘Decisions of the Federation’, ‘Employment of Coaches’, ‘Late School Leaving Hours of Athletes’, ‘Transportation to the Facility’ were ranked respectively. As a result of the research, it is revealed that there is a need for more investment support in this field since ‘Facility and Material Deficiency’ is the priority in the management problems experienced in football infrastructure organisations. | |
