| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı daha önce olimpiyatlara ev sahipliği yapmış şehirlerin ve ülkelerin olimpiyat adaylığı sürecinden başlayarak, olimpiyatları organize etme süreci ve bu süreçte ne gibi programlar gerçekleştirdiklerinin, uzun dönemli olarak nasıl bir olimpik eğitim programı izlediklerinin incelenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın desenini betimsel tarama modeli oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada; 2000 Sydney, 2012 Londra ve 2016 Rio olimpiyatlarının olimpiyat süreçlerinde geliştirdikleri olimpik değerler eğitim programları, adaylık süreçleri, gönüllülük kavramı ve olimpiyatların etkilerine değinilmiştir. Elde edinilen araştırma sonuçlarında, incelenen şehir ve ülkelerin uzun dönemli olimpik eğitim programlarında kalıcılığa ve sürekliliğe önem verildiği, bunun toplumun her basamağına yayarak ortak bir kültürel miras oluşturma, bu eğitim programlarının oluşturulmasında çeşitli programlar, projeler ve materyaller üreterek bunları ulusal eğitim programlarına dahil edip, olimpik eğitim bilincini her yaş grubu tarafından benimsenmesini ve öğrenilmesini sağlamışlardır. Bununla birlikte ulusal olimpiyat komitelerinin organizasyonları düzenlemedeki her paydaşları ile ortak bir çalışma içerisinde olarak olimpiyat oyunları gerçekleştirmenin en önemli yapı taşlarından olan gönüllülük esasına önem vererek bu ulusal ve uluslararası gönüllülerin organizasyonlara yer almalarını sağladıkları belirlenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to examine the cities and countries that have previously hosted the Olympics, starting from the Olympic candidacy process, the process of organizing the Olympics, what programs they carry out in this process, and what kind of Olympic training program they follow in the long term. The design of the research was a descriptive scanning model. In the study; The Olympic values education programs developed by the 2000 Sydney, 2012 London and 2016 Rio Olympics during the Olympic processes, the concept of volunteering and the effects of the Olympics were mentioned. According to the research results obtained, importance is given to permanence and continuity in the long-term Olympic training programs of the cities and countries examined, creating a common cultural heritage by spreading it to every level of society, producing various programs, projects and materials in the creation of these training programs, including them in national training programs and Olympic training programs. They have ensured that educational awareness is adopted and learned by all age groups. In addition, it has been determined that the national Olympic committees work together with all their stakeholders in organizing the organizations, attaching importance to the principle of volunteering, which is one of the most important building blocks of organizing the Olympic Games, and ensure that these national and international volunteers take part in the organizations. | |
