Özet

In this study presents the comparison of analysis results obtained from the calculation and resistance tests results obtained from the "Geosim Tests" on the Lake Köyce?iz and Dalyan Delta and the resistance tests results obtained from a model infantry type of fishing boats in I.T.U. Ata Nutku Ship Model Towing Tank and the analysis results arrived by calculation. The geosim tests were carried out under single loading with the geometrically similar infantry type of fishing boats with their size varying 7-12 meters. This paper consists of six sections. The first section gives information about the resistance tests of prototype boats and the built model which produced in laboratory. The second section outlines the principal particulars of the model and prototypes and geometric details. The third section explains the similarity and model theory for ship resistance. In the fourth section, results of experimental researches for model and prototypes are presented. In the fifth section, contrary hydrodynamical interactions and the form factors developed with the author's method (modified or transformed Hughes method) and Prohaska's method are presented. Finally, in the last section the comparison of the result in the model and prototype scales are mentioned.
