Ortaöğretim öğrencilerinde kişilik özellikleri ve gelecek kaygıları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışma spor lisesi öğrencileri ile diğer lise türlerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin kişilik özellikleri ve gelecek kaygıları arasındaki ilişkinin karşılaştırılması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada “Beş Faktör Kişilik Ölçeği” ve “Kariyer Kaygısı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada İstanbul ilinde farklı ilçelerde anadolu lisesi, imam-hatip lisesi, sağlık lisesi, mesleki teknik lisesi, spor lisesi, fen lisesi ve sosyal bilimler lisesinde öğrenim gören 544 kız 472 erkek lise öğrencisi katılmıştır. Araştırmadan T-test, ANOVA ve çoklu regresyon analizi testleri kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılar BFKÖ alt boyutları ile KKÖ toplam puanları arasında nevrotiklik alt boyutunda (r=.493, P=.01) pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki; çoklu regrresyon analiz sonuçlarına göre BFKÖ dışa dönüklük alt boyutu (?=-.182, t=-6.186, P<0,05), KKÖ toplam puanını yordadığı tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyet ve okul türü değişkeni kariyer kaygılarında anlamlı farklar tespit edildi (p>0.0.5)
This study was conducted to compare the relationship between the personality traits and future concerns of sports high school students and students studying in other types of high schools. “Five Factor Personality Scale” and “Career Anxiety Scale” were used in the research. 544 female and 472 male high school students studying at anatolian high school, imam-hatip high school, health high school, vocational technical high school, sports high school, science high school and social sciences high school in different districts of Istanbul participated in the research. T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis tests were used in the research. Participants found a positive, moderately significant relationship between the BFIS sub-dimensions and the CSS total scores in the neuroticism sub-dimension (r=.493, P=.01); According to the results of multiple regression analysis, it was determined that the BFIS extraversion sub-dimension (β=-.182, t=-6.186, P<0.05) predicted the KIS total score. Significant differences were detected in career concerns based on gender and school type (p>0.0.5).
