The descriptive study was carried out between November 1, 2023, and April 1, 2024, with 423 women who visited the to the gynecology and obstetrics clinic of a private hospital in Izmir. The research data were collected using the Descriptive Information Form and the Attitude Scale for Women with Disabilities. Data analysis was performed using frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Tukey's test. There were statistically significant differences between Generation X, Y, and Z in the Attitude Scale for Women with Disabilities, the subdimensions of Women with Disabilities and Private Lives, Women with Disabilities and Disadvantages, Women with Disabilities and Social Support, and Women with Disabilities and Gender (p<0.05). Similarly, Generation Z scored significantly higher in the subdimension of Women with Disabilities and Private Lives than both Generation Y and X. Generation Z also scored significantly higher in the subdimension of Women with Disabilities and Disadvantages than Generation Y and X. Generation Y scored significantly higher than Generation X in the same subdimension. Furthermore, Generation Z scored significantly higher in the subdimension of Women with Disabilities and Social Support than Generation Y and X, and Generation Y scored higher than Generation X. In the subdimension of Women with Disabilities and Gender, Generation Z scored significantly higher than Generation X, and Generation Y scored higher than Generation X. The findings indicate that women from Generation Z are more aware of individuals with disabilities compared to those from Generation Y and X. Women from Generation Y are more conscious of individuals with disabilities than those from Generation X. Therefore, more awareness regarding individuals with disabilities should be raised, considering the generational differences.
