İlkokul öğrencilerinde motor beceri, fiziksel uygunluk ve sosyal beceri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın amacını "İlkokul Öğrencilerinde Motor Beceri, Fiziksel Uygunluk ve Sosyal Beceri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi" oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma; İstanbul ili, Büyükçekmece ilçesinde bulunan Mimar Sinan Özel İlkokulu 1,2,3 ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşan katılımcılarla ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Fiziksel uygunluk ve motor beceri ölçekleri; 90 kız, 87 erkek toplamda 177 katılımcıdan oluşurken, sosyal beceri derecelendirme ölçeği; 75 kız, 77 erkek toplamda 152 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların antropometrik ölçümleri için; boy ve ağırlık ölçümleri yapılmış ardından BKİ'leri ( Beden Kütle İndeksi) hesaplanmıştır. Fiziksel uygunluk ölçümleri için Eurofit Test Bataryasına göre; 20 m sürat koşusu, 10x5 mekik koşusu, otur eriş (esneklik) testi, dikey sıçrama testi, durarak uzun atlama testi, disklere dokunma testi ve mekik (gövde kaldırma) testi yapılmıştır. Motor beceri için TGMD-III testi kullanılmış ve katılımcılara, lokomotor beceriler ve top becerileri testleri yapılarak toplam kaba motor becerileri puanlanmıştır. Sosyal Beceri Derecelendirme Sistemi Anne-Baba Formu, katılımcıların velilerine Google Formlar ile düzenlenerek gönderilmiş ve cevaplar Microsoft Excel 2016 ile tablolaştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesi sürecinde SPSS 22 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde araştırmanın sonucu olarak; ilkokul öğrencilerinin fiziksel uygunlukları ve motor becerileri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken, sosyal beceriler ile fiziksel uygunluk ve motor becerileri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır.
The subject of this study is "Investigation of the Relationship Between Motor Skills, Physical Fitness and Social Skills in Primary School Students". Research; It was held with the participants of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students of Mimar Sinan Private Primary School located in Büyükçekmece district of Istanbul. Physical fitness and motor skill scales; The social skills rating scale consists of a total of 177 participants, 90 girls and 87 boys; It consists of 75 girls, 77 boys and 152 participants in total. TGMD-III test was used for motor skills and total gross motor skills were scored by performing locomotor skills and ball skills tests. The Social Skills Rating System Mother-Father Form was sent to the parents of the participants by arranging them with Google Forms and the answers were tabulated with Microsoft Excel 2016. SPSS 22 statistical package program was used in the process of analyzing the data obtained as a result of the research. As a result of the findings obtained, as a result of the research; While there was a significant difference between physical fitness and motor skills of primary school students, no significant difference was found between social skills and physical fitness and motor skills.
