| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, eğitim binası kurumlarının onarım ihale işlerinin, yapı türü, yapıldığı yer, yaklaşık maliyet, sözleşme bedeli, toplam ödenen miktar, kırım oranı, süre uzatımı, iş artış ve azalış, yapıldığı mevsim, okul yapılış yılı, onarım tipi, yaklaşık maliyet sapması gibi parametrelerin birbirleri ile olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Türkiye' deki öğrencilerin tahsil yaptığı eğitim kurumlarımızın çoğu aynı mimari özelliğe sahip, bakanlık tarafından oluşturulan tip proje olarak tasarlanmaktadır. Bu bakanlık onaylı tip projeler tüm illerde uygulanmaktadır. Eğitim kurumlarının fiziksel olarak eğitim ve öğretime uygun olması çok önemlidir. Çünkü öğrenciler çoğunlukla vakitlerinin okulda geçirmektedir. Bundan dolayı eğitim kurumlarının fiziki olarak yeterliliğinin sağlanması ve eksikliklerinin giderilmesi gerekmektedir. Eğitim kurumlarının, ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması ve inşaat, mekanik, elektrik eksikliklerinin giderilmesi için ilk olarak teknik personeller tarafından yaklaşık maliyet hazılanıp, gerekli bütçenin sağlanması ile kamu ihale süreci başlar, ihale işleminin sözleşmeye bağlanması ve teknik şartnamelere uygun olarak yapılıp teslim edilmesiyle son bulur. 2008-2021 yılları arasında ihale olmuş ve tamamlanan 2029 adet eğitim binaları onarım işi üzerinde, yaklaşık maliyeti, ihale bedeli, süresi, iş artış ve azalışı, süre uzatımı ve toplam ödenen miktar gibi parametrelerin bulunduğu veriler oluşturulmuştur. Bu parametreleri etkilediği belirlenen değişkenler ile SPSS (Statistics Package For Socials Sciences) paket programı ile istatiksel analizi yapılmıştır. Bağımsız değişken verilerinin birbiri olan ilişkisi belirlemek amacıyla T-Testi, tek yönlü ANOVA testi kullanılmış ve aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma (s.s), frekans (f), yüzde (%) değerleri hesaplanmıştır. | |
