Özet
İş güvenliği uzmanlarının mesleki sosyalleşme düzeylerini ölçmek için, geçerliği ve güvenirliği sağlanmış bir ölçme aracı elde etmek amacıyla tasarlanan bu çalışmada, veri toplama aracı olan Mesleki Sosyalleşme Ölçeği ile katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Mesleki Sosyalleşme Ölçeği, yapı geçerliği bakımından faktör analizi ile incelenmiş olup öncelikle AFA ve ardından DFA yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin iş doyumu, motivasyon, bağlılık ve kabullenme olmak üzere 4 boyutlu yapısının korunduğu görülmüştür. DFA sonucunda elde edilen modelin uyum indeksleri incelenmiş RMSEA; .064, CFI; .920, GFI; .857, IFI; .922, TLI; .908; x2/df = 1.45 olarak bulunmuştur.
This study is designed to measure the occupational socialization levels of occupational safety specialists and to obtain a measurement tool whose validity and reliability is ensured. In this study, data obtained from the participants with a data collection tool, which is Occupational Socialization Scale and these data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS programs. In terms of construct validity, Occupational Socialization Scale was examined with factor analysis. First exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and then confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were performed. It was observed that the 4-dimensional structure of the scale including job satisfaction, motivation, commitment and acceptance was preserved. The fit indices of the model obtained as a result of CFA were examined and the following results were seen: RMSEA; .064, CFI; .920, GFI; .857, IFI; .922, TLI; .908; It was found that x2 / df = 1.45.
