SWARA yöntemi ile işletmede mesleki eğitim yeri seçim kriterlerinin değerlendirilmesi: örnek bir araştırma

| dc.description.abstract | İşletmede mesleki eğitim, üniversitede bölümlerin müfredatında yer almaya başlamış, öğrencilere derslerini pratiğe dökebilme, iş yaşamına yönelik deneyim kazanma ve ağ oluşturma gibi birçok avantaj sağlamaktadır. Ancak, lisans düzeyindeki öğrencilerin işletmede mesleki eğitim yeri bulma sürecinde karşılaştıkları zorlukların ve bu sürecin etkinliğini artırmaya yönelik faktörlerin literatürde yeterince ele alınmadığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada, bir vakıf üniversitesinin Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri Bölümünde öğrenim gören son sınıf öğrencilerinin işletmede mesleki eğitim sürecine ilişkin deneyimlerinin ve işletme seçim kriterlerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçtan hareketle öğrencilere bu süreçteki deneyimleri açık uçlu sorularla, işletme seçerken öncelik verdikleri kriterler işletmede mesleki eğitim yeri seçim kriterleri ağırlıklandırma ölçeği ile sorulmuştur. Açık uçlu soruların içerik analizi ile analizinde, öğrencilerin eğitim yeri bulmak için çoğunlukla Kariyer.net ve LinkedIn'i kullandıkları, üniversiteleri tarafından desteklendiklerini hissettikleri, departmanlarından memnuniyet duydukları, gelecekteki stajyerlere eğitim yerini erken aramaya başlamalarını ve ısrarcı olmalarını tavsiye ettikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Devamında kriter ölçeği SWARA yöntemi ile analiz edildiğinde, kariyer fırsatı (0.168) en önemli kriter olurken, güvenlik (0.040) en az önemli kriter olmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Workplace learning has started to be included in the curricula of departments at the university, providing students with many advantages such as putting their lessons into practice, gaining experience in business life and networking. However, it has been observed that the difficulties encountered by undergraduate students in the process of finding a workplace learning place and the factors to increase the effectiveness of this process have not been sufficiently discussed in the literature. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the experiences of the final year students studying in the Department of Management Information Systems of a foundation university regarding the workplace learning process and the business selection criteria. For this aim, students were asked about their experiences in this process with open-ended questions, and the criteria they prioritised when choosing a business were asked with the weighting scale of the criteria for choosing a workplace learning place. In the analysis of the open-ended questions with the content analysis revealed that students mainly used Kariyer.net and LinkedIn to find training places, felt supported by their universities, were satisfied with their departments, and advised future trainees to start looking for a training place early and to be persistent. Then, by analyzing the criteria scale with SWARA, career opportunity (0.168) was the top criterion, while security (0.040) was the least important. | |
