| dc.description.abstract | Ekonominin temel yapı taşlarından olan endüstriyel tesisler, günümüzde Türkiye'nin en önemli rekabet unsurlarından biridir. Ancak, özellikle tehlike ve çok tehlikeli sınıfta yer alan endüstriyel tesislerde kaza riski oldukça yüksektir. İş kazaları, yüksek maliyetlere yol açmanın yanı sıra ciddi yaralanmalara ve ölümlere neden olarak çalışanlar, aileleri ve işletmeler üzerinde doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak birçok risk ve olumsuz etkiye sebep olmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, iş yerinde meydana gelen ergonomik riskler belirlenmiş ve Fine-Kinney risk skalasında yer alan sayısal ifadeler kullanılarak bu risklerin öncelik sıraları oluşturulmuştur. Mevcut problemlere yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirilerek kapsamlı bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, endüstriyel tesislerde çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda daha fazla eğitilmesi, eğitimlerde edinilen bilgilerin sahada etkin şekilde uygulanması, çalışanlara kaliteli ve işe uygun ekipmanların sağlanması ve bu ekipmanların düzenli kullanımının denetlenmesi gerektiği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, daha fazla ve daha etkili önlemler alınması ve tüm bu süreçlerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği birimi tarafından yakından takip edilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. | |
