The aim of the research is to develop a scale to examine unethical behavior in E-Sports. The research population includes individuals who participate in electronic sports (E-sports) at a professional or amateur level. These people are over the age of 18 and have been interested in E-sports as an amateur for at least 3 years or have worked as an e-athlete or team coach in E- Sports academy leagues for at least 1 year. In addition, at least 1st Level Coaches who have worked as an E-athlete or team coach in professional teams for at least 1 year or have a Turkish Electronic Sports Federation (TESFED) certificate are also included in this research universe. The item pool required for the scale development study applied in the research was created within the framework of the literature on e-sports, ethical behavior and sports ethics. The created item pool was shared with academicians and linguists working in Sports Sciences Faculties. Lawse technique was applied to ensure content validity. Field experts were asked to evaluate each of the items between 1 and 3. In this way, KGO rates were calculated. A pilot application was made to a group of 51 people who play e-sports at a professional or amateur level, and it was revealed that 2 items were difficult to answer. 301 people participated in the EFA study and 301 people in the CFA study. EFA and CFA participants consist of different people. After the applications to the sample groups, validity and reliability calculations were made. It is thought that the developed unethical behavior scale in e-sports will contribute to the literature.
