| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada göçmenlerin toplumsal entegrasyonu ve etkileyen faktörleri incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kesitsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma evrenini İstanbul ilinin Pendik ilçesinde yaşayan göçmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya Pendik ilçesinde yaşayan 100 göçmen dahil edilmiştir. Katılımcıların yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaşam biçimi ve sosyal destek alma durumlarını değerlendiren 13 soru cevaplanması istenmiştir. Katılımcıların sosyal uyum düzeyleri Sosyal Uyum Ölçeği yardımıyla belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında toplanan verilerin analizinde SPSS 27.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Göçmenlerin sosyal uyum düzeylerinin mevcut araştırma kapsamında orta düzeyin altında olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca demografik değişkenlere göre yapılan değerlendirmede katılımcıların dışlanma, aidiyet, psikolojik ve sosyal destek, bireysel faktörler, umut, geçmiş deneyimler alt boyutları ile genel sosyal uyumlarının yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaşanılan yer ve kişi sayısı ve eğitim hizmeti alma durumuna göre farklılık gösterdiği anlaşılmaktadır. Sosyal uyumun özellikle 18-25 yaş arasında düşük olduğu bulunmuştur. Erkeklerin kadınlara göre sosyal uyum düzeyleri daha yüksektir. Evde belirli sayıda birey ile yaşamanın sosyal uyuma pozitif etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Gelir durumunun sosyal uyumu etkilemediği bulunmuştur. Bu bulgular göçmenlerde sosyal uyuma birçok faktörün etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the social integration of immigrants and the factors affecting them. The study is a cross-sectional study. The research universe consists of immigrants living in the Pendik district of Istanbul. 100 immigrants living in the Pendik district were included in the study. Participants were asked to answer 13 questions evaluating their age, gender, marital status, lifestyle and social support status. The social adaptation levels of the participants were determined with the help of the Social Adaptation Scale. SPSS 27.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data collected within the scope of the study. It was seen that the social adaptation levels of immigrants were below the medium level within the scope of the current study. In addition, in the evaluation made according to demographic variables, it was seen that the participants' exclusion, belonging, psychological and social support, individual factors, hope, past experiences sub-dimensions and general social adaptation differed according to age, gender, marital status, place of residence and number of people and status of receiving education services. It was found that social adaptation was especially low between the ages of 18-25. Men have higher social adaptation levels than women. It was seen that living with a certain number of people at home has a positive effect on social adaptation. It was found that income status did not affect social adaptation. These findings show that many factors are effective in social adaptation among immigrants. | |
