dc.description.abstractÇalışma hayatındaki iş kazalarının oluşma istatistiklerine bakıldığında büyük oranda çalışanların güvensiz davranışlardan kaynaklandığı görülmektedir. Ülkemizde İş Sağlığı Güvenliği çalışmaları diğer ülkelere göre çok yeni olsa da son dönemlerde yaşanan büyük iş kazaları, bu çalışmaların yetersiz olduğunu göstermiştir. Sanayileşmenin büyük oranda küçük işletmelerde olduğu ülkemizde denetleyerek ya da cezai önlemlerle yapılan uygulamaların yetersiz kaldığı görülmektedir. Bu nedenle iş kazalarını önlemek adına yapılması gereken temel çalışma, çalışanlara sürdürülebilir bir Güvenlik Kültürü kazandırmaktır. İşte bu kalıcı güvenlik kültürü kazanımını sağlayacak olan, uygun eğitim yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı Yetişkin Eğitimidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı yetişkin eğitimi yöntemlerinin katılımcıların başarısına etkilerini saptamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda gerekli literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca çeşitli Ortak Sağlık Güvenlik Birimlerinde çalışan İş Sağlığı Güvenliği uzmanlarının Yetişkin Eğitim Yöntemlerine bakış açılarını saptamaya yönelik bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın genel evrenini 2014-2015 yılında, İstanbul il sınırları içinde Ortak sağlık Güvenlik Birimlerinde veya bağımsız çalışan İş Sağlığı Güvenliği uzmanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 79 adet İş Sağlığı Güvenliği uzmanı oluşturmuştur. Bu anlamda daha önce yapılan anketlerden faklı ve özgün bir anket yapılmış olup, yeni ve örnek sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Veriler anket ve karşılıklı görüşme yoluyla toplanmış, verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistik ve tanımlayıcı veri analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractBy looking at the statistics of occupational accidents that occur on the working life of employees; they stem largely from unsafe behavior. Occupational Health and Safety studies in our country are very new compared to other countries; great work accidents that occurred in the recent period showed that they were insufficient. A punitive measure for controlling the industrialization of our country which is largely made from small business seems to be inadequate. It is therefore essential to work on employee's sustainable safety culture in order to prevent work accidents. This will ensure permanent gains from the safety culture through appropriate teaching methods that use the Adult Education. The aim of this study is to determine the effect on the success of participatory method of adult education. Required literature review was conducted for this purpose. Also working with the various Joint Health Security Unit of Occupational Health and Safety experts has made an assessment to determine their perspectives on Adult Education Methods. The overall population of the study in 2014-2015 at Istanbul consist of employees from Joint Security Unit in Health or self-employed Occupational Health and Safety professionals. The sample of the study comprised of 79 pieces of Occupational Health and Safety specialist. In this sense, it is different and unique compared to surveys conducted before which created new and exemplary results. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, descriptive analysis of the data and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis.
