Gıda ürünleri imalatında çalışan personellerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği hakkındaki farkındalık durumlarının tespiti üzerine bir araştırma

Özet
Gıda ürünleri imalatı, geniş bir çalışma alanı ve çalışanı içermektedir. Bu çalışmada, çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine bakış açılarının incelenmesi, faaliyetleri esnasında karşılaşabilecekleri tehlikeli durumlara karşı farkındalık durumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu’nun 2007- 2016 yıllarına ait verileri derlenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanlar için anket uygulanmış, sorular ve verilen cevaplar arasındaki anlamlılık bağları incelenmiştir. Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu 2016-2017 yılı verilerinde işyeri ver çalışan sayılarının arttığı, bununla birlikte iş kazası, meslek hastalığı ve iş göremezlik gün sayılarının da arttığı görülmektedir. Ankete katılan çalışanların 18-65 yaş sınırları dahilinde oldukları, kadın ve erkek çalışan katılımının eşit olduğu, çoğunluğun bekar ve iki yıldan fazla süredir firmada çalışmakta olduğu ve yine çoğunluğun iş güvenliği eğitimlerini işe girdikleri firmada aldıkları belirlenmiştir. Ankete katılan çalışanların yaş ve cinsiyet durumları ile mesleklerinden memnuniyetleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların yaş, cinsiyet, iş güvenliği eğitimi almış olma durumu ve sektörde çalışma sürelerinin; çalışma ortamındaki tehlikeleri bilme, algılama üzerinde etkili bir unsur olmadığı görülmüştür.
The manufacturing of food products includes a wide range of work and employees. In this study, it is aimed to examine the workers' perspective on occupational health and safety and to determine their awareness of the dangerous situations that they may encounter during their activities. The data of the Social Security Institution for the years 2016-2017 have been compiled and evaluated. In addition, a questionnaire was applied to the employees, and the relationships between the questions and the answers were examined. In the data of Social Security Institution 2016-2017, it is seen that the number of workplaces and employees increased and the number of days of occupational accidents, occupational diseases and incapacity for work increased. It was determined that the surveyed employees were within the age limits of 18-65, female and male employee participation was equal, the majority were single and had been working in the company for more than two years and the majority received the occupational safety trainings in the company they were employed. A significant relationship was found between the age and sex status of the surveyed employees and their satisfaction with their jobs. Age, gender, occupational safety training and working time in the sector; Knowing the dangers in the working environment, has not been an effective factor on perception.
